What we build

Athletic literacy for every sport.

Before kids specialize, they need a broad base: how to run, jump, land, change direction and handle their own bodyweight. That base carries over to whatever sport they choose.

01

Movement skills

Running, jumping, landing, crawling and changing direction with control.

02

Coordination

Footwork, rhythm and body awareness through agility and ladder work.

03

Introductory strength

Positions and control first. Load only when movement quality earns it.

04

Confidence

Kids who move well feel better playing, and it shows on game day.

How placement works

Readiness decides, not age alone.

Every athlete starts with an assessment. Readiness and training history decide whether Foundations or the Performance Academy is the right fit, so no one is held back or pushed too fast.

  • Free assessment with a parent conversation
  • Limited to three sessions a week per athlete, so there's room for practice, games and rest
  • A clear path to the Performance Academy as your athlete grows

It's typically for athletes 9 and up, but age alone doesn't decide placement. The assessment and the athlete's training history do.

Coached, age-appropriate strength training is a normal part of youth athletic development. Athletes learn positions and control first. Load comes later, and only when movement quality earns it.

Youth Foundations is limited to three sessions per week per athlete. That keeps training productive and leaves room for practice, games and recovery.

That's fine. Foundations builds the general athletic qualities that carry over to every sport, whether your child plays now or wants to.
